Auction result misses estimated price range
In November 2003 a collector was able to acquire the work Daisies, tulips, carnations, roses and other summer blooms in a vase by Winifred Walker for GBP 235.00 (€ 337.35). This price was achieved in the auction At Home-British and Continental Pictures and Works on Paper at Christies in London and was even below the estimate range of GBP 300.00 – 500.00 set by the auction house.
