A top price for Willy Aractingi - as previously expected
In October 2019 Christies in London held the auction Middle Eastern, Modern and Contemporary Art, which included the work Blue Panther by Willy Aractingi. It changed hands for a price of GBP 27,500.00 (€ 31,898.03) achieving a result in the upper range of the estimate price range of GBP 22,000.00 – 28,000.00. Even if this result could not surprise positively, Blue Panther is the most expensive artwork by Willy Aractingi that we have observed at auctions so far.

Im Oktober 2019 führte Christies in London die Auktion Middle Eastern, Modern and Contemporary Art durch, in der auch die Arbeit Blue Panther von Willy Aractingi zur Versteigerung kam. Dabei wechselte sie für einen Preis von GBP 27.500,00 (€ 31.898,03) den Besitzer und erzielte damit ein Ergebnis im oberen Bereich der Schätzpreisspanne von GBP 22.000,00 – 28.000,00. Auch wenn das Ergebnis damit nicht positiv überraschen konnte, ist Blue Panther das teuerste Kunstwerk von Willy Aractingi, das wir bisher bei Auktionen beobachtet haben.
