Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
In March 2019 Christies in Dubai held the auction Middle Eastern Modern & Contemporary Art, which included the work Clair de Lune sur les Pyramides by Willy Aractingi. Here, the upper estimate of USD 30,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for USD 31,250.00 (€ 27,832.21). Other works by Willy Aractingi have achieved even higher prices, we observed the highest auction result so far of GBP 27,500.00 (€ 31,898.03) in October 2019 for the work Blue Panther.
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Im März 2019 führte Christies in Dubai die Auktion Middle Eastern Modern & Contemporary Art durch, in der auch die Arbeit Clair de Lune sur les Pyramides von Willy Aractingi zur Versteigerung kam. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von USD 30.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für USD 31.250,00 (€ 27.832,21) einen neuen Besitzer. Andere Arbeiten von Willy Aractingi haben noch höhere Preise erzielt - wir haben das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis von GBP 27.500,00 (€ 31.898,03) im Oktober 2019 für die Arbeit Blue Panther beobachtet.
