Here, the upper estimate of GBP 800.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for GBP 900.00 (€ 1,289.54). Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by William Hughes achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Flowers, Fruit, A Bullfinch And Its Nest in November 2006 with an auction result of GBP 20,400.00 (€ 30,294.64).
