Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
The work Eton College from Flexon's field by William Evans of Eton was sold in the British Art on Paper including Victorian Watercolours from auction at Christies in London in June 2004. Here, the upper estimate of GBP 600.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for GBP 657.25 (€ 978.18).
