Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
The work The New Fields by William Crozier was auctioned at Bonhams in London in June 2021. It achieved a price of GBP 21,500.00 (€ 25,053.09), exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 19%. Admittedly, works by William Crozier have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Siegfried'S Way in October 2007 with an auction result of GBP 84,500.00 (€ 121,347.56).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Die Arbeit The New Fields von William Crozier kam im Juni 2021 bei Bonhams in London zur Auktion. Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von GBP 21.500,00 (€ 25.053,09) und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 19%. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von William Crozier auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Siegfried'S Way im Oktober 2007 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 84.500,00 (€ 121.347,56).
