Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
The work The Septizonium Severi, Rome by Willem van Nieulandt the Younger was sold in the Old Master and British Works on Paper Including drawings from the Oppé Collection auction at Sothebys in London in July 2016. Here, the upper estimate of GBP 3,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for GBP 3,250.00 (€ 3,861.70). Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Willem van Nieulandt the Younger achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work The Adoration Of The Magi in July 2014 with an auction result of GBP 362,500.00 (€ 457,226.47).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Die Arbeit The Septizonium Severi, Rome von Willem van Nieulandt the Younger wurde im Juli 2016 in der Auktion Old Master and British Works on Paper Including drawings from the Oppé Collection bei Sothebys in London versteigert.
