Auction result misses estimated price range
In September 2006 a collector was able to acquire the work A river landscape by Willem Imandt for EUR 660.00. This price was achieved in the auction Indonesian Art at Christies in Amsterdam and was even below the estimate range of EUR 700.00 – 900.00 set by the auction house. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Willem Imandt achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work A wooded mountainesque landscape with Waringin trees in September 2006 with an auction result of EUR 10,800.00.
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Im September 2006 konnte ein Sammler die Arbeit A river landscape von Willem Imandt für EUR 660,00 erwerben. Dieser Preis wurde in der Auktion Indonesian Art bei Christies in Amsterdam erzielt und lag noch unterhalb der von dem Auktionshaus angesetzten Schätzpreisspanne von EUR 700,00 – 900,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Willem Imandt erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit A wooded mountainesque landscape with Waringin trees im September 2006 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 10.800,00.
