Auction result misses estimated price range
In December last year a collector was able to acquire the work Veneitian piazza by Wilhelm von Gegerfelt for SEK 9,000.00 (€ 806.79). This price was achieved in the auction Important Winter Sale at Bukowski in Stockholm and was even below the estimate range of SEK 15,000.00 – 20,000.00 set by the auction house. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Wilhelm von Gegerfelt achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work A market on the edge of the lagoon, Venice in April 2000 with an auction result of GBP 7,050.00 (€ 12,069.31).
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Im Dezember letzten Jahres konnte ein Sammler die Arbeit Veneitian piazza von Wilhelm von Gegerfelt für SEK 9.000,00 (€ 806,79) erwerben. Dieser Preis wurde in der Auktion Important Winter Sale bei Bukowski in Stockholm erzielt und lag noch unterhalb der von dem Auktionshaus angesetzten Schätzpreisspanne von SEK 15.000,00 – 20.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Wilhelm von Gegerfelt erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit A market on the edge of the lagoon, Venice im April 2000 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 7.050,00 (€ 12.069,31).
