A top price for Wang Yuanshui
In April 2016 Sothebys in Hong Kong held the auction Chinese Paintings & Calligraphy from the Yong Li Studio, which included the work Landscape After Wang Hui by Wang Yuanshui. The »bidding war« ended at HKD 225,000.00 (€ 25,349.62), 50% above the upper estimate. This high result makes Landscape After Wang Hui the most expensive artwork by Wang Yuanshui that we have observed at auctions so far.
Ein Spitzenpreis für Wang Yuanshui
Im April 2016 führte Sothebys in Hong Kong die Auktion Chinese Paintings & Calligraphy from the Yong Li Studio durch, in der auch die Arbeit Landscape After Wang Hui von Wang Yuanshui zur Versteigerung kam. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von HKD 225.000,00 (€ 25.349,62) und damit 50% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Dieses hohe Ergebnis macht Landscape After Wang Hui zu dem teuersten Kunstwerk von Wang Yuanshui, das wir bisher bei Auktionen beobachtet haben.
