In May 2013 POLY in Hong Kong held the auction Delightful Harmony - Fine Modern and Classical Chinese Paintings and Calligraphy, which included the work Scenery In Summer by Wang Luonian. The »bidding war« ended at HKD 13,800.00 (€ 1,368.52), 38% above the upper estimate. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Wang Luonian achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Landscape in April 2014 with an auction result of HKD 437,000.00 (€ 40,643.84).
Oberer Schätzpreis um 38 % übertroffen
Im Mai 2013 führte POLY in Hong Kong die Auktion Delightful Harmony - Fine Modern and Classical Chinese Paintings and Calligraphy durch, in der auch die Arbeit Scenery In Summer von Wang Luonian zur Versteigerung kam. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von HKD 13.800,00 (€ 1.368,52) und damit 38% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Wang Luonian erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Landscape im April 2014 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 437.000,00 (€ 40.643,84).
