A top price for Wang Luonian - as previously expected
The work Landscape by Wang Luonian was auctioned at POLY in Hong Kong in April 2014. The price achieved of HKD 437,000.00 (€ 40,643.84) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as HKD 380,000.00 – 580,000.00. Even if this result could not surprise positively, Landscape is the most expensive artwork by Wang Luonian that we have observed at auctions so far.
Ein Spitzenpreis mit Ansage
Die Arbeit Landscape von Wang Luonian kam im April 2014 bei POLY in Hong Kong zur Auktion. Der dabei erzielte Preis von HKD 437.000,00 (€ 40.643,84) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit HKD 380.000,00 – 580.000,00 angegeben worden. Auch wenn das Ergebnis damit nicht positiv überraschen konnte, ist Landscape das teuerste Kunstwerk von Wang Luonian, das wir bisher bei Auktionen beobachtet haben.
