Auction result well in line with expectations
In March 2018 Sothebys in New York held the auction Fine Classical Chinese Paintings & Calligraphy, which included the work Landscape by Wang Fang. The price achieved of USD 9,375.00 (€ 7,609.58) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as USD 8,000.00 – 12,000.00. Other works by Wang Fang have already achieved higher auction prices, for example, in March 2018 the work Landscape After Wang Jian was auctioned for USD 10,625.00 (€ 8,624.19).

Im März 2018 führte Sothebys in New York die Auktion Fine Classical Chinese Paintings & Calligraphy durch, in der auch die Arbeit Landscape von Wang Fang zur Versteigerung kam. Der dabei erzielte Preis von USD 9.375,00 (€ 7.609,58) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit USD 8.000,00 – 12.000,00 angegeben worden. Andere Arbeiten von Wang Fang konnten bereits höhere Auktionspreise erzielen, so wurde im März 2018 die Arbeit Landscape After Wang Jian für USD 10.625,00 (€ 8.624,19) versteigert.
