In March 2008 Christies in London held the auction Victorian & Traditionalist Pictures, which included the work Through the corn fields to the sea by Walter Wallor Caffyn. Other works by Walter Wallor Caffyn have achieved even higher prices, we observed the highest auction result so far of GBP 14,100.00 (€ 22,350.24) in June 2000 for the work Fittleworth Lock on the Rother, Sussex.
