Three Private Collections auction, the work Old Battersea Bridge sold for GBP 1,250.00 (€ 1,498.52) - well above the upper estimate of GBP 600.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Walter Greaves achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work James Abbott McNeill Whistler on the Widow's Walk at his House in Lindsey Row, Chelsea in June 2003 with an auction result of GBP 59,750.00 (€ 85,864.00).

Three Private Collections wurde die Arbeit Old Battersea Bridge für GBP 1.250,00 (€ 1.498,52) versteigert – und damit weit über dem oberen Schätzpreis von GBP 600,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Walter Greaves erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit James Abbott McNeill Whistler on the Widow's Walk at his House in Lindsey Row, Chelsea im Juni 2003 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 59.750,00 (€ 85.864,00).
