Auction result well in line with expectations
In June 2019 Christies in London held the auction Impressionist & Modern Art Day Sale, which included the work Mackie and Friedericke by Volker Böhringer. The price achieved of GBP 37,500.00 (€ 42,155.56) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 30,000.00 – 50,000.00. Other works by Volker Böhringer have already achieved higher auction prices, for example, in July 2020 the work Prostituierte was auctioned for EUR 82,500.00.
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im Juni 2019 führte Christies in London die Auktion Impressionist & Modern Art Day Sale durch, in der auch die Arbeit Mackie and Friedericke von Volker Böhringer zur Versteigerung kam. Der dabei erzielte Preis von GBP 37.500,00 (€ 42.155,56) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit GBP 30.000,00 – 50.000,00 angegeben worden. Andere Arbeiten von Volker Böhringer konnten bereits höhere Auktionspreise erzielen, so wurde im Juli 2020 die Arbeit Prostituierte für EUR 82.500,00 versteigert.
