Auction result well in line with expectations
In May 2014 Sothebys in New York held the auction Impressionist & Modern Art Including Russian Art, which included the work The Air Of Spring by Vlastimil Hofmann. The price achieved of USD 28,125.00 (€ 20,619.50) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as USD 25,000.00 – 35,000.00. Other works by Vlastimil Hofmann have already achieved higher auction prices, for example, in June 2010 the work Les Petites Musiciennes was auctioned for EUR 23,550.00.

Der dabei erzielte Preis von USD 28.125,00 (€ 20.619,50) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit USD 25.000,00 – 35.000,00 angegeben worden.
