Auction result misses estimated price range
This work of art by Vittorio Reggianini could be acquired at Christies in New York in October 2018 for an unexpectedly low price. In the European Art: Part II auction, the work Goodnight changed hands for USD 16,250.00 (€ 14,339.92) - missing the lower end of the estimate range of USD 20,000.00 – 30,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Vittorio Reggianini achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work The Birthday in October 2000 with an auction result of USD 292,000.00 (€ 344,096.16).
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Dieses Kunstwerk von Vittorio Reggianini konnte im Oktober 2018 bei Christies in New York für einen unerwartet niedrigen Preis ersteigert werden. In der Auktion European Art: Part II wechselte die Arbeit Goodnight für USD 16.250,00 (€ 14.339,92) den Besitzer – und verfehlte damit das untere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne von USD 20.000,00 – 30.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Vittorio Reggianini erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit The Birthday im Oktober 2000 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 292.000,00 (€ 344.096,16).
