This artwork by Vincenzo Agnetti achieved an unexpectedly high price at Christies in London in September 2017. In the on paper | online auction, the work Dati 2 o più istanti lavoro vi sarà sempre una durata lavoro contenente gli istanti dati (Given 2 or more working instants there will always be a working duration containing these given instants) sold for GBP 4,375.00 (€ 4,963.49) - well above the upper estimate of GBP 2,500.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Vincenzo Agnetti achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Ritratto di abitante (Portrait of a citizen) in October 2015 with an auction result of GBP 182,500.00 (€ 255,271.92).
Oberer Schätzpreis um 75 % übertroffen
Dieses Kunstwerk von Vincenzo Agnetti erzielte im September 2017 bei Christies in London einen unerwartet hohen Preis. In der Auktion on paper | online wurde die Arbeit Dati 2 o più istanti lavoro vi sarà sempre una durata lavoro contenente gli istanti dati (Given 2 or more working instants there will always be a working duration containing these given instants) für GBP 4.375,00 (€ 4.963,49) versteigert – und damit weit über dem oberen Schätzpreis von GBP 2.500,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Vincenzo Agnetti erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Ritratto di abitante (Portrait of a citizen) im Oktober 2015 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 182.500,00 (€ 255.271,92).
