Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Assioma - Il Punto Si Identifica Nel Numero Infinito Di… by Vincenzo Agnetti was sold in the Arte Moderna e Contemporanea auction at Sothebys in Milan in November 2017. The price achieved of EUR 52,500.00 was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as EUR 40,000.00 – 60,000.00. Admittedly, works by Vincenzo Agnetti have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Ritratto di abitante (Portrait of a citizen) in October 2015 with an auction result of GBP 182,500.00 (€ 255,271.92).

Die Arbeit Assioma - Il Punto Si Identifica Nel Numero Infinito Di… von Vincenzo Agnetti wurde im November 2017 in der Auktion Arte Moderna e Contemporanea bei Sothebys in Mailand versteigert. Der dabei erzielte Preis von EUR 52.500,00 lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit EUR 40.000,00 – 60.000,00 angegeben worden. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Vincenzo Agnetti auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Ritratto di abitante (Portrait of a citizen) im Oktober 2015 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 182.500,00 (€ 255.271,92).
