Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
The work Guarding the yard by Vincent de Vos was auctioned at Christies in Amsterdam in January 2005. Here, the upper estimate of EUR 1,500.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for EUR 1,680.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Vincent de Vos - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work A Singerie Scene With A Simeon Alchemist, which sold at auction in November 2007 for GBP 3,500.00 (€ 4,900.91).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Die Arbeit Guarding the yard von Vincent de Vos kam im Januar 2005 bei Christies in Amsterdam zur Auktion. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von EUR 1.500,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für EUR 1.680,00 einen neuen Besitzer. Für andere Arbeiten von Vincent de Vos mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit A Singerie Scene With A Simeon Alchemist beobachtet, die im November 2007 für GBP 3.500,00 (€ 4.900,91) versteigert wurde.
