Auction result well in line with expectations
In May 2011 Sothebys in New York held the auction 19th Century European Art including an Important Collection of Sculpture, which included the work French panier De Roses by Victoria Fantin-Latour. The price achieved of USD 35,000.00 (€ 24,346.13) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as USD 30,000.00 – 40,000.00. Other works by Victoria Fantin-Latour have already achieved higher auction prices, for example, in June 2010 the work Jeté De Roses Sur Un Entablement was auctioned for GBP 34,850.00 (€ 42,380.84).

Im Mai 2011 führte Sothebys in New York die Auktion 19th Century European Art including an Important Collection of Sculpture durch, in der auch die Arbeit French panier De Roses von Victoria Fantin-Latour zur Versteigerung kam. Der dabei erzielte Preis von USD 35.000,00 (€ 24.346,13) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit USD 30.000,00 – 40.000,00 angegeben worden. Andere Arbeiten von Victoria Fantin-Latour konnten bereits höhere Auktionspreise erzielen, so wurde im Juni 2010 die Arbeit Jeté De Roses Sur Un Entablement für GBP 34.850,00 (€ 42.380,84) versteigert.
