Auction result well in line with expectations
In May 2013 Sothebys in London held the auction 19th Century European Paintings, which included the work French pieds D'Alouette Et Raisins Blancs by Victoria Fantin-Latour. The estimated price for the artwork was previously given by the auction house with a range of GBP 20,000.00 – 30,000.00, the actual price achieved of GBP 21,250.00 (€ 24,844.57) could thus just exceed the lower estimate. Other works by Victoria Fantin-Latour have already achieved higher auction prices, for example, in June 2010 the work Jeté De Roses Sur Un Entablement was auctioned for GBP 34,850.00 (€ 42,380.84).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im Mai 2013 führte Sothebys in London die Auktion 19th Century European Paintings durch, in der auch die Arbeit French pieds D'Alouette Et Raisins Blancs von Victoria Fantin-Latour zur Versteigerung kam. Der Schätzpreis für das Kunstwerk wurde von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit einer Spanne von GBP 20.000,00 – 30.000,00 angegeben, der tatsächlich erzielte Preis von GBP 21.250,00 (€ 24.844,57) konnte den unteren Schätzpreis somit knapp übertreffen. Andere Arbeiten von Victoria Fantin-Latour konnten bereits höhere Auktionspreise erzielen, so wurde im Juni 2010 die Arbeit Jeté De Roses Sur Un Entablement für GBP 34.850,00 (€ 42.380,84) versteigert.
