Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
The work French Vase D'Oeillets by Victoria Fantin-Latour was auctioned at Sothebys in London in May 2014. It achieved a price of GBP 9,375.00 (€ 11,522.18), exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 17%. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Victoria Fantin-Latour - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Jeté De Roses Sur Un Entablement, which sold at auction in June 2010 for GBP 34,850.00 (€ 42,380.84).

Die Arbeit French Vase D'Oeillets von Victoria Fantin-Latour kam im Mai 2014 bei Sothebys in London zur Auktion. Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von GBP 9.375,00 (€ 11.522,18) und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 17%. Für andere Arbeiten von Victoria Fantin-Latour mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Jeté De Roses Sur Un Entablement beobachtet, die im Juni 2010 für GBP 34.850,00 (€ 42.380,84) versteigert wurde.
