The work Political Christmas Cards by Victor Weisz was auctioned at Sothebys in London in March 2018. The price achieved of GBP 813.00 (€ 925.65) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 700.00 – 900.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Victor Weisz - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Winston Churchill Is Conquering The House, which sold at auction in March 2018 for GBP 3,250.00 (€ 3,700.30).

Der dabei erzielte Preis von GBP 813,00 (€ 925,65) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit GBP 700,00 – 900,00 angegeben worden. Für andere Arbeiten von Victor Weisz mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Winston Churchill Is Conquering The House beobachtet, die im März 2018 für GBP 3.250,00 (€ 3.700,30) versteigert wurde.
