Despite a disappointment, a good price for Victor Spinski
This work of art by Victor Spinski could be acquired at Christies in New York in January 2011 for an unexpectedly low price. In the Christie's Interiors auction, this work without title changed hands for USD 3,000.00 (€ 2,187.39) - missing the lower end of the estimate range of USD 4,000.00 – 6,000.00. Despite this disappointing result, this work without title is the most expensive artwork by Victor Spinski that we have observed at auction so far.
