This artwork by Victor Charreton achieved an unexpectedly high price at Christies in London in August 2013. In the Christie's Interiors auction, the work Paysage Sous La Neige sold for GBP 2,125.00 (€ 2,490.87) - well above the upper estimate of GBP 1,200.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Victor Charreton achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Château sur la rivière in May 2007 with an auction result of USD 36,000.00 (€ 26,759.83).

In der Auktion Christie's Interiors wurde die Arbeit Paysage Sous La Neige für GBP 2.125,00 (€ 2.490,87) versteigert – und damit weit über dem oberen Schätzpreis von GBP 1.200,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Victor Charreton erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Château sur la rivière im Mai 2007 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 36.000,00 (€ 26.759,83).
