A top price for Vicente Palmaroli - as previously expected
The work Spanish In The Studio by Vicente Palmaroli was sold in the 19th Century European Art auction at Sothebys in New York in February 2019. The price achieved of USD 100,000.00 (€ 87,881.18) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as USD 80,000.00 – 120,000.00. Even if this result could not surprise positively, Spanish In The Studio is the most expensive artwork by Vicente Palmaroli that we have observed at auctions so far.
