Auction result misses estimated price range
This work of art by Vera Nilsson could be acquired at Bukowski in Stockholm in May this year for an unexpectedly low price. In the Modern Art + Design auction, the work Sleeping Ginga changed hands for SEK 48,000.00 (€ 4,135.91) - missing the lower end of the estimate range of SEK 60,000.00 – 80,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Vera Nilsson achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work "Venus" in June 2012 with an auction result of SEK 490,000.00 (€ 55,931.48).
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Dieses Kunstwerk von Vera Nilsson konnte im Mai diesen Jahres bei Bukowski in Stockholm für einen unerwartet niedrigen Preis ersteigert werden. In der Auktion Modern Art + Design wechselte die Arbeit Sleeping Ginga für SEK 48.000,00 (€ 4.135,91) den Besitzer – und verfehlte damit das untere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne von SEK 60.000,00 – 80.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Vera Nilsson erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit "Venus" im Juni 2012 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von SEK 490.000,00 (€ 55.931,48).
