Upper estimate price exceeded by more than 100%
This artwork by Vera Nilsson achieved an unexpectedly high price at Bukowski in Stockholm in November this year. In the Modern Art + Design auction, the work Portrait of Ginga sold for SEK 90,000.00 (€ 7,904.29) - well above the upper estimate of SEK 40,000.00. Admittedly, works by Vera Nilsson have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work "Venus" in June 2012 with an auction result of SEK 490,000.00 (€ 55,931.48).
Oberer Schätzpreis um mehr als 100% übertroffen
Dieses Kunstwerk von Vera Nilsson erzielte im November diesen Jahres bei Bukowski in Stockholm einen unerwartet hohen Preis. In der Auktion Modern Art + Design wurde die Arbeit Portrait of Ginga für SEK 90.000,00 (€ 7.904,29) versteigert – und damit weit über dem oberen Schätzpreis von SEK 40.000,00. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Vera Nilsson auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit "Venus" im Juni 2012 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von SEK 490.000,00 (€ 55.931,48).
