In May 2017 Artcurial held the auction Post-War & Contemporary Art, which included the work En Oblique / B - 2007 by Vera Molnar. The »bidding war« ended at EUR 20,150.00 68% above the upper estimate. Admittedly, works by Vera Molnar have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work 2% of disorder in co-operation #01 in April last year with an auction result of USD 138,600.00 (€ 131,536.49).
Oberer Schätzpreis um 68 % übertroffen
Im Mai 2017 führte Artcurial die Auktion Post-War & Contemporary Art durch, in der auch die Arbeit En Oblique / B - 2007 von Vera Molnar zur Versteigerung kam. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von EUR 20.150,00 und damit 68% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Vera Molnar auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit 2% of disorder in co-operation #01 im April letzten Jahres mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 138.600,00 (€ 131.536,49).
