Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
In May 2007 Sothebys in London held the auction The Greek Sale, which included the work A Young Couple by Vasilis Sperantzas. The »bidding war« ended at GBP 9,600.00 (€ 14,127.05), 20% above the upper estimate. Other works by Vasilis Sperantzas have achieved even higher prices, we observed the highest auction result so far of GBP 17,300.00 (€ 22,055.06) in April 2008 for the work Greek Lovers By The Harbour.
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Im Mai 2007 führte Sothebys in London die Auktion The Greek Sale durch, in der auch die Arbeit A Young Couple von Vasilis Sperantzas zur Versteigerung kam. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von GBP 9.600,00 (€ 14.127,05) und damit 20% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Andere Arbeiten von Vasilis Sperantzas haben noch höhere Preise erzielt - wir haben das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis von GBP 17.300,00 (€ 22.055,06) im April 2008 für die Arbeit Greek Lovers By The Harbour beobachtet.
