Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
In November 2021 Sothebys in London held the auction Russian Pictures, which included the work Archeological Reconstructions by Valery Koshlyakov. The »bidding war« ended at GBP 9,450.00 (€ 11,095.19), 18% above the upper estimate. Admittedly, works by Valery Koshlyakov have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Versailles in March 2008 with an auction result of GBP 72,500.00 (€ 91,077.98).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Im November 2021 führte Sothebys in London die Auktion Russian Pictures durch, in der auch die Arbeit Archeological Reconstructions von Valery Koshlyakov zur Versteigerung kam. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von GBP 9.450,00 (€ 11.095,19) und damit 18% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Valery Koshlyakov auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Versailles im März 2008 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 72.500,00 (€ 91.077,98).
