Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
In June 2008 Sothebys in London held the auction Russian Paintings, which included the work Fairytale by Valentina Kropivnitskaya. Here, the upper estimate of GBP 5,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for GBP 5,250.00 (€ 6,636.18). Other works by Valentina Kropivnitskaya have achieved even higher prices, we observed the highest auction result so far of USD 12,500.00 (€ 8,029.29) in April 2008 for the work Russian A Pair Of Drawings, 1965.
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Im Juni 2008 führte Sothebys in London die Auktion Russian Paintings durch, in der auch die Arbeit Fairytale von Valentina Kropivnitskaya zur Versteigerung kam. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von GBP 5.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für GBP 5.250,00 (€ 6.636,18) einen neuen Besitzer. Andere Arbeiten von Valentina Kropivnitskaya haben noch höhere Preise erzielt - wir haben das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis von USD 12.500,00 (€ 8.029,29) im April 2008 für die Arbeit Russian A Pair Of Drawings, 1965 beobachtet.
