In October 2019 Sothebys in New York held the auction Escape Artists 2.0: The Non-Conformists Online, which included the work Bushes And Grass by Valentina Kropivnitskaya. The »bidding war« ended at USD 2,000.00 (€ 1,792.92), 33% above the upper estimate. Admittedly, works by Valentina Kropivnitskaya have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Russian A Pair Of Drawings, 1965 in April 2008 with an auction result of USD 12,500.00 (€ 8,029.29).

Im Oktober 2019 führte Sothebys in New York die Auktion Escape Artists 2.0: The Non-Conformists Online durch, in der auch die Arbeit Bushes And Grass von Valentina Kropivnitskaya zur Versteigerung kam. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von USD 2.000,00 (€ 1.792,92) und damit 33% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Valentina Kropivnitskaya auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Russian A Pair Of Drawings, 1965 im April 2008 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 12.500,00 (€ 8.029,29).
