Auction result misses estimated price range
In December this year a collector was able to acquire the work Paesaggio Ticinese by Umberto Lilloni for EUR 1,000.00. This price was achieved in the auction 19th and 20th Century Paintings and Sculptures at Il Ponte and was even below the estimate range of EUR 1,200.00 – 1,500.00 set by the auction house. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Umberto Lilloni achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Castagneto in May 2000 with an auction result of ITL 30,550,000.00 (€ 26,200.69).
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Im Dezember diesen Jahres konnte ein Sammler die Arbeit Paesaggio Ticinese von Umberto Lilloni für EUR 1.000,00 erwerben. Dieser Preis wurde in der Auktion 19th and 20th Century Paintings and Sculptures bei Il Ponte erzielt und lag noch unterhalb der von dem Auktionshaus angesetzten Schätzpreisspanne von EUR 1.200,00 – 1.500,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Umberto Lilloni erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Castagneto im Mai 2000 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von ITL 30.550.000,00 (€ 26.200,69).
