Auction result well in line with expectations
In June this year Il Ponte held the auction 19th and 20th Century Paintings and Sculptures, which included the work Paesaggio ticinese by Umberto Lilloni. The price achieved of EUR 1,300.00 was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as EUR 1,200.00 – 1,500.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Umberto Lilloni achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Castagneto in May 2000 with an auction result of ITL 30,550,000.00 (€ 26,200.69).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im Juni diesen Jahres führte Il Ponte die Auktion 19th and 20th Century Paintings and Sculptures durch, in der auch die Arbeit Paesaggio ticinese von Umberto Lilloni zur Versteigerung kam. Der dabei erzielte Preis von EUR 1.300,00 lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit EUR 1.200,00 – 1.500,00 angegeben worden. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Umberto Lilloni erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Castagneto im Mai 2000 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von ITL 30.550.000,00 (€ 26.200,69).
