Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Townscape by Tu Ke was auctioned at POLY in Hong Kong in April 2013. It changed hands for a price of HKD 92,000.00 (€ 9,005.77) achieving a result in the upper range of the estimate price range of HKD 60,000.00 – 100,000.00. Admittedly, works by Tu Ke have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Landscape by the River in May 2012 with an auction result of HKD 860,000.00 (€ 89,589.13).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Townscape von Tu Ke kam im April 2013 bei POLY in Hong Kong zur Auktion. Dabei wechselte sie für einen Preis von HKD 92.000,00 (€ 9.005,77) den Besitzer und erzielte damit ein Ergebnis im oberen Bereich der Schätzpreisspanne von HKD 60.000,00 – 100.000,00. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Tu Ke auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Landscape by the River im Mai 2012 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 860.000,00 (€ 89.589,13).
