Sold at the lower estimate price
In April 2013 Sothebys in Hong Kong held the auction 20th Century Chinese Art, which included the work Morning In Guilin County Hall by Tu Ke. The result of HKD 30,000.00 (€ 2,936.66) was exactly at the lower end of the estimate range of HKD 30,000.00 – 50,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Tu Ke achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Landscape by the River in May 2012 with an auction result of HKD 860,000.00 (€ 89,589.13).
Zuschlag beim unteren Schätzpreis
Im April 2013 führte Sothebys in Hong Kong die Auktion 20th Century Chinese Art durch, in der auch die Arbeit Morning In Guilin County Hall von Tu Ke zur Versteigerung kam. Das dabei erzielte Ergebnis von HKD 30.000,00 (€ 2.936,66) entsprach exakt dem unteren Ende der Schätzpreisspanne von HKD 30.000,00 – 50.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Tu Ke erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Landscape by the River im Mai 2012 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 860.000,00 (€ 89.589,13).
