Auction result misses estimated price range
In April 2013 a collector was able to acquire the work Guilin - Miaoershan by Tu Ke for HKD 37,500.00 (€ 3,670.83). This price was achieved in the auction 20th Century Chinese Art at Sothebys in Hong Kong and was even below the estimate range of HKD 38,000.00 – 48,000.00 set by the auction house. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Tu Ke achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Landscape by the River in May 2012 with an auction result of HKD 860,000.00 (€ 89,589.13).
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Im April 2013 konnte ein Sammler die Arbeit Guilin - Miaoershan von Tu Ke für HKD 37.500,00 (€ 3.670,83) erwerben. Dieser Preis wurde in der Auktion 20th Century Chinese Art bei Sothebys in Hong Kong erzielt und lag noch unterhalb der von dem Auktionshaus angesetzten Schätzpreisspanne von HKD 38.000,00 – 48.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Tu Ke erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Landscape by the River im Mai 2012 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 860.000,00 (€ 89.589,13).
