Sold at the lower estimate price
The work Love Song by Tu Ke was sold in the 20th Century Chinese Art auction at Sothebys in Hong Kong in April 2012. The result of HKD 50,000.00 (€ 4,871.87) was exactly at the lower end of the estimate range of HKD 50,000.00 – 60,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Tu Ke achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Landscape by the River in May 2012 with an auction result of HKD 860,000.00 (€ 89,589.13).
Zuschlag beim unteren Schätzpreis
Die Arbeit Love Song von Tu Ke wurde im April 2012 in der Auktion 20th Century Chinese Art bei Sothebys in Hong Kong versteigert. Das dabei erzielte Ergebnis von HKD 50.000,00 (€ 4.871,87) entsprach exakt dem unteren Ende der Schätzpreisspanne von HKD 50.000,00 – 60.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Tu Ke erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Landscape by the River im Mai 2012 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 860.000,00 (€ 89.589,13).
