Auction result misses estimated price range
In May 2018 a collector was able to acquire the work Work by Tsuruko Yamazaki for HKD 175,000.00 (€ 19,119.54). This price was achieved in the auction Asian 20th Century Art (Day Sale) at Christies in Hong Kong and was even below the estimate range of HKD 200,000.00 – 400,000.00 set by the auction house. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Tsuruko Yamazaki achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work without title in March 2017 with an auction result of GBP 200,000.00 (€ 234,380.26).
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Im Mai 2018 konnte ein Sammler die Arbeit Work von Tsuruko Yamazaki für HKD 175.000,00 (€ 19.119,54) erwerben. Dieser Preis wurde in der Auktion Asian 20th Century Art (Day Sale) bei Christies in Hong Kong erzielt und lag noch unterhalb der von dem Auktionshaus angesetzten Schätzpreisspanne von HKD 200.000,00 – 400.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Tsuruko Yamazaki erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit ohne Titel im März 2017 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 200.000,00 (€ 234.380,26).
