The work Work by Tsuruko Yamazaki was auctioned at Phillips in London in July this year. It achieved a price of GBP 16,510.00 (€ 19,262.17), exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 38%. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Tsuruko Yamazaki achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work without title in March 2017 with an auction result of GBP 200,000.00 (€ 234,380.26).
Oberer Schätzpreis um 38 % übertroffen
Die Arbeit Work von Tsuruko Yamazaki kam im Juli diesen Jahres bei Phillips in London zur Auktion. Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von GBP 16.510,00 (€ 19.262,17) und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 38%. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Tsuruko Yamazaki erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit ohne Titel im März 2017 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 200.000,00 (€ 234.380,26).
