Auction result well in line with expectations
In June this year Bonhams in Paris held the auction Vietnamese Art Online, which included the work Hameau à Mai Chau, Hoa Binh by Tran Duy. The price achieved of EUR 3,072.00 was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as EUR 2,400.00 – 3,400.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Tran Duy - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Bambou, which sold at auction in December last year for EUR 7,012.50.
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im Juni diesen Jahres führte Bonhams in Paris die Auktion Vietnamese Art Online durch, in der auch die Arbeit Hameau à Mai Chau, Hoa Binh von Tran Duy zur Versteigerung kam. Der dabei erzielte Preis von EUR 3.072,00 lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit EUR 2.400,00 – 3.400,00 angegeben worden. Für andere Arbeiten von Tran Duy mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Bambou beobachtet, die im Dezember letzten Jahres für EUR 7.012,50 versteigert wurde.
