Auction result misses estimated price range
In November 2017 a collector was able to acquire the work "Utsikt mot hamnen" (View from the harbour) by Tor Bjurström for SEK 26,000.00 (€ 2,613.55). This price was achieved in the auction Modern Art + Design at Bukowski in Stockholm and was even below the estimate range of SEK 30,000.00 – 40,000.00 set by the auction house. Admittedly, works by Tor Bjurström have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Motif from Skärhamn in May this year with an auction result of SEK 185,000.00 (€ 15,940.49).
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Im November 2017 konnte ein Sammler die Arbeit "Utsikt mot hamnen" (View from the harbour) von Tor Bjurström für SEK 26.000,00 (€ 2.613,55) erwerben. Dieser Preis wurde in der Auktion Modern Art + Design bei Bukowski in Stockholm erzielt und lag noch unterhalb der von dem Auktionshaus angesetzten Schätzpreisspanne von SEK 30.000,00 – 40.000,00. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Tor Bjurström auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Motif from Skärhamn im Mai diesen Jahres mit einem Auktionsergebnis von SEK 185.000,00 (€ 15.940,49).
