Auction result well in line with expectations
In June 2020 Bukowski in Stockholm held the auction Modern Art + Design, which included the work View from a window by Tor Bjurström. The price achieved of SEK 17,000.00 (€ 1,625.68) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as SEK 15,000.00 – 18,000.00. Admittedly, works by Tor Bjurström have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Motif from Skärhamn in May this year with an auction result of SEK 185,000.00 (€ 15,940.49).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im Juni 2020 führte Bukowski in Stockholm die Auktion Modern Art + Design durch, in der auch die Arbeit View from a window von Tor Bjurström zur Versteigerung kam. Der dabei erzielte Preis von SEK 17.000,00 (€ 1.625,68) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit SEK 15.000,00 – 18.000,00 angegeben worden. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Tor Bjurström auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Motif from Skärhamn im Mai diesen Jahres mit einem Auktionsergebnis von SEK 185.000,00 (€ 15.940,49).
