Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Man Who Talk To Tree by Tony Wong was sold in the Modern Asian Art auction at Sothebys in Hong Kong in October 2015. The price achieved of HKD 212,500.00 (€ 24,825.67) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as HKD 150,000.00 – 280,000.00. Other works by Tony Wong have already achieved higher auction prices, for example, in November 2007 the work Chameleon was auctioned for HKD 463,500.00 (€ 40,518.38).

Die Arbeit Man Who Talk To Tree von Tony Wong wurde im Oktober 2015 in der Auktion Modern Asian Art bei Sothebys in Hong Kong versteigert. Der dabei erzielte Preis von HKD 212.500,00 (€ 24.825,67) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit HKD 150.000,00 – 280.000,00 angegeben worden. Andere Arbeiten von Tony Wong konnten bereits höhere Auktionspreise erzielen, so wurde im November 2007 die Arbeit Chameleon für HKD 463.500,00 (€ 40.518,38) versteigert.
