Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
In November 2019 Phillips in Hong Kong held the auction 20th Century & Contemporary Art & Design Day Sale, which included the work Snow Princess by Tomoko Nagai. Here, the upper estimate of HKD 50,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for HKD 56,250.00 (€ 6,523.96). Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Tomoko Nagai achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work A Day Off Of Fruit Punch (Painted In 2015) in April this year with an auction result of HKD 660,000.00 (€ 673,989.13).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Im November 2019 führte Phillips in Hong Kong die Auktion 20th Century & Contemporary Art & Design Day Sale durch, in der auch die Arbeit Snow Princess von Tomoko Nagai zur Versteigerung kam. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von HKD 50.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für HKD 56.250,00 (€ 6.523,96) einen neuen Besitzer. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Tomoko Nagai erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit A Day Off Of Fruit Punch (Painted In 2015) im April diesen Jahres mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 660.000,00 (€ 673.989,13).
