Auction result well in line with expectations

It changed hands for a price of GBP 9,600.00 (€ 14,258.22) achieving a result in the upper range of the estimate price range of GBP 7,000.00 – 10,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Tommaso Ruiz achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Veduta del Porto di Napoli con il Ponte Nuovo, l'edificio dell'Immacolatella e la lanterna del Molo in December 2001 with an auction result of ITL 208,250,000.00 (€ 187,169.98).

Dabei wechselte sie für einen Preis von GBP 9.600,00 (€ 14.258,22) den Besitzer und erzielte damit ein Ergebnis im oberen Bereich der Schätzpreisspanne von GBP 7.000,00 – 10.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Tommaso Ruiz erzielen.
