Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
In May 2012 Christies in Amsterdam held the auction Post- War and Contemporary Art, which included this untitled work by Tomasz Ciecierski. The »bidding war« ended at EUR 3,500.00 17% above the upper estimate. Admittedly, works by Tomasz Ciecierski have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work without title in April 2011 with an auction result of EUR 29,550.00.
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Im Mai 2012 führte Christies in Amsterdam die Auktion Post- War and Contemporary Art durch, in der auch diese Arbeit ohne Titel von Tomasz Ciecierski zur Versteigerung kam. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von EUR 3.500,00 und damit 17% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Tomasz Ciecierski auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit ohne Titel im April 2011 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 29.550,00.
